Ecodesigned central column and double column tables optimized to obtain the greatest resistance minimizing the material used in each version, thereby avoiding additional unnecessary material. A wide range of dimensions, from 600mm to 1600mm in several heights. All sizes are prepared for electrification.
Base: Rectangular or square in S-275 grade steel in several dimensions depending on the top size. Bevelled edges and smoothened surfaces to ensure the optimal adhesion to the paint. Variable widths of sheet from 5mm to 16mm. Powder coated finish. Base prepared for electrification exit.
Top 19mm melamine, 12mm compact resin, 20mm fenix, 19mm bevelled plywood or 19 mm wood veneer.
Column Cylindric steel tube from diameter Ø60mm diameter to Ø100mm diameter, 2mm thick. S-275 grade available in several heights. High precision laser tube cutting. Powder coated finish.
Glides Robust polyamide screwed glides. Good slip, high durability and floor protection.
Metallic finishes epoxy/polyester paint with a thickness of 50-90 microns depending on the colour, ISO 2409 Gt 0 adhesion and ASTM 2794 impact 2.5 joules reverse & direct or chrome finish, composition: 98.4% NI, 1.6% CR, 24.4 micron thickness and UNE EN ISO 2409-96 adhesion, Classification 0

Materials

Wood

Wood and wood-based materials sourced from European suppliers and controlled sources. FSC and PEFC certification available on request, subject to material type. Renewable, reusable and recyclable materials, depending on their composition. Highly durable and suitable for material recovery at the end of their service life.

Metals: Steel and Aluminum

Steel is the most recycled material in Europe, with recycling rates exceeding 80%. Aluminum typically contains between 30% and 40% recycled content and achieves recycling rates of up to 95% at the end of its service life. Both materials are 100% recyclable without any loss of their properties.

Epoxy Coatings

High-durability powder coatings. All coatings are lead-free and meet AKABA's sustainability requirements, in line with the EcoVadis assessment framework. They reduce maintenance requirements and extend the product's service life. Suitable for the recovery of the metal substrate during recycling processes at the end of the product's service life.

Polypropylene

Recyclable thermoplastic material. Selected products in the range are manufactured from 100% recycled polypropylene. Lightweight, durable and suitable for industrial injection molding processes. All versions are recyclable at the end of their service life.

Upholstery

Our fabric selection is based on aesthetic, functional and environmental criteria. We collaborate with European suppliers that operate certified environmental management systems and give preference to fabrics carrying certifications such as the EU Ecolabel. Our textile collections incorporate recycled fibers, natural materials and treatments that are safe for both people and the environment.

Foams

Our upholstered products incorporate flexible polyurethane and viscoelastic foams designed to provide comfort, ergonomics and long-lasting performance. A large proportion of these foams are OEKO-TEX certified, ensuring compliance with strict standards regarding harmful substances and user safety.

Table Tops

Table tops are available in melamine, HPL, compact laminate or wood. We work with European suppliers that provide proof of European origin and, where applicable, FSC certification upon request. These materials offer high mechanical and chemical resistance, with recyclability depending on their composition, while prioritizing long service life.

Packaging

Packaging is made from cardboard and other recyclable materials. We are progressively increasing the use of recycled materials, including plastic bags made from 100% recycled plastic. Packaging volumes are optimized to reduce the environmental impact of transport and logistics. All packaging materials are 100% recyclable and can be easily separated for disposal through conventional recycling streams.
